UBG Construction website is a comprehensive and insightful platform that showcases the company’s extensive portfolio of services, projects.
UBG Construction, a newly established company in Saudi Arabia, approached me to design and develop their website within a three-month timeline. As a new player in the construction sector, they needed a strong digital presence to clearly communicate their services, showcase their projects, and highlight their values, vision, and mission. The core challenge was to create a platform that not only built trust with potential clients but also served as a lead-generation tool in a competitive market.
The primary objectives of the UBG Construction website were to establish a solid online presence and position the company as a credible player in Saudi Arabia’s construction industry. The site needed to function as a lead-generation tool by attracting potential clients and converting their interest into business opportunities. Beyond this, it aimed to serve as a digital portfolio that effectively showcased the company’s projects and capabilities, while also communicating UBG’s mission, vision, and values to build brand awareness and long-term trust.
The project was a collaborative effort that brought together multiple teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful outcome. I worked closely with the content writing team, who crafted clear and engaging messaging, and with the graphic designers, who developed UBG’s brand identity. My responsibilities covered the full design and development process, including conducting UX research, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, designing the UI, and finally building and launching the website through Webflow.
During the research phase, I focused on understanding UBG’s target audience by defining user personas, studying their demographics, and mapping out their pain points and use cases. The analysis revealed that potential clients in the construction sector prioritize clarity and efficiency when navigating a website. They value straightforward navigation and expect to quickly find information about services and past projects. Additionally, strong visual storytelling—through relevant imagery and project showcases—proved to be an essential factor in building credibility and trust with users.
The three-month timeline was manageable, but limited feedback and input from multiple decision-makers required clear communication and careful planning to keep the project on track.
The design process began with a site map to clearly define the information architecture and guide intuitive navigation. Colors and typography were chosen in alignment with UBG’s brand identity guidelines, ensuring a consistent and professional visual language. Micro-interactions were incorporated thoughtfully to enhance usability, while avoiding overly playful elements to maintain a serious and professional tone throughout the website.
The design process was executed in Adobe XD, where I created wireframes and interactive prototypes to guide the development. The website was then built in Webflow, ensuring a fully responsive design that works seamlessly across all devices. Additionally, a CMS was integrated to allow easy updates of projects and blog content, providing UBG with a flexible and scalable platform for ongoing content management.
The project concluded successfully, with the client expressing high satisfaction with both the final design and the website’s overall performance. The site effectively showcased UBG’s services and projects, established a strong online presence, and provided a professional, user-friendly platform that met the company’s goals for credibility and lead generation.
